Is it good to work out when you get the flu?

Depends on your symptoms! if you have a fever, chest & lung congestion, or you feel achy, it’s best that you rest & not exercise! Any Suggestions here?

    If theres any reason why you will get better from working out its the sweat!!!!the toxins and viral effects are being expelled from your body that way!!!thats why what you should do is turn up the heat and stay in bed!!!!sweat it out in your sleep! Just make sure to drink plenty of liquids so you stay hydrated!!!!get up every now and then to cool off a bit! But stay immobilized so your body is not straining!!!you need to flush out your system! A day of sleeping in in an overly warm bed drinking apple juice and water all day, i never have the flu or a bad cold for more than 24 hours!
