I know that the specific heat capacity of water is 4186J/kgK and I’m interested if the specific heat capacity of the human body is smaller or bigger of that. The body should be thermal insulator and should therefore have a bigger specific heat capacity.

I don’t care about the ‘Well, the brain is made of __% water, the lungs and heart and crap are made of __% water, blah blah blah, etc.’ I just want to know the WHOLE human body in general. And if there’s a difference between men and women, then that’d be helpful too. Thanks!
