I’m studying human developement and our chapter that we’re in talks about drug effects on the fetus and how it could hurt the child long term but they say nothing about marijuanna. What could happen if you did it while pregnant, not just smoking it, but eating it as well?

Marijuana actually has some good affects on the body, and mind, but alcohol has zero good affects! So I just can’t understand why it’s legal, but marijuana isn’t.

I understand that some drugs like ibuprofen are insoluble in water, but are used as soluble salts. But will a water-insoluble form of a compound have any effect through traditional routes of administration (injection, orally, inhalation, dermally, etc.)?
