Well, I am with you! They say eat little and often, I do and it doesnt work! They say avoid spicy and/or fatty food, I do and it doesnt work! They say do not lay down after meals, I dont and it doesnt work! I drink milk and that helps but it needs to be thick like chocolate milk, maybe you could try the lactose free kind! But anyway that is only temporary but it works like a coating on the tummy so when any reflux happens, it is milky lol! My mom has a trick, I havent tried yet its about drinking baking soda and water! i think I will pass though! If you find the cure, let me know! I am 23w and it has gotten unbearable recently!Hope all is well with the pregnancy and the hubby! Good Luck to you both
