    You are doing all of the right things except for the fact that you need to control the acid in your stomach!Take 2 over the counter Zantac twice a day (morning and night)! This will get rid of that feeling and allow your esophagus to heal from the acid burn! That is why you feel that feeling!Do this for about 2 weeks and then cut back to 1 tablet twice a day!
