Lie down, rest, do not drive or operate equipment, do not use substances such as alcohol, caffeine, tobacco or other drugs! Drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated! Feel better and on! Any Suggestions here?

There are so many different things this could be! Could you be a little more specific?? Like, have you been exposed to the flu?? Do you have anxiety/depression?? Anxiety can most definitely cause muscle aches, shortness of breath and diziness/lightheadedness, however, it typically causes rapid heartbeat, not shallow! Also, side effects of meds can cause these symptoms! Beyond that, this could indicate a very serious illness! Most definitely get to a doc! Good luck :)
