Yeah, the same thing hapens to me! When I go out into the sun, some parts of my skin get really red and itchy! Its usally the skin that hasnt been exposed to sunlight yet that gets affected! If I scratch it, it turns into raised bumps! So, my first suggestion is dont scratch! Secondly, try using Claritin!!!I found that it has helped fight the hives problem! Using sun screen also helps too! If you get a chance, rub vasiline if you have the rash, it soothes it for me!
