What can make a sun rash go away?

Many doctors treat sun poisoning in the same manner they treat other skin allergies such as poison ivy or chicken pox! If you are fortunate enough to only have a mild reaction, using cold, wet compresses on the affected area can often be beneficial! Any Suggestions here?

    those kinds of rashes you just have to wait for them to go away! depending where you are you may NEED sunscreen, even if its a low spf, even if you dont want it! those kinds of rashes are VERY bad, and could get severe! so be careful!!
