my mom and dad buy korean ginseng and eat it every month! its expensive but it is for a reason! my dad told me that wild ginseng can make you live forever and by hearing that id assume that it has virtually no negative side effects! also my dad takes medicine to lower his cholesterol and the ginseng doesnt create any problems to him and both my parents are healthy as an ox! if you give it to them, im sure theyd be really happy and will gladly take it!
