Do vaccines cause autism?

Thimerosal, a preservative used in vaccines, has a small amount of Mercury! Some people think that vaccines can cause autism, but a study published Sept 13, 2010 found that there was no relationship between thimerosal containing vaccines and autism! Any Suggestions here?
