    I am type 2 diabetic, works retail, and needs ideas on what to bring for lunch at work. I am a “volume” eater, so I need something filling, but won’t pack on fat/calories as I’m also overweight.

    Im 13 and 14 in a few months, im pretty big for my age and i was wondering what a good amount of protein fibre etc. would be the right amount. Im going to start running most days and maybe doing a few weights. Im trying to get fit for my athletics finals in a few weeks. Thanks

    My daughter is breast feeding and she likes to drink the Arbonne fiber shakes. But her baby, not quite 2 months old, has not had a poop for 3 days. Would the fiber shake be causing this?

    I have always heard that wheat produces lot of heat hence should be avoided during summer coz it may aggravate piles , constipation etc But its also mentioned that Whole wheat has lot of fiber and hence is good for constipation. How come?

    Several products advertised on TV claim to supply certain amounts of dietary fiber!
    One mixes clear and one is orange flavored. I thought “fiber” was a physical form of roughage(nuts,grains etc). How can a flavored water drink claim to be a source of fiber?
