    I am asking in reference to this claim about an essential amino acid supplement. I would like to know what the ratios are they are referring to.

    “the first and only supplement that contains the correct ratios of those aminos based on human muscle protein itself.”

    a. It takes the body too long to make the essential amino acids.
    b. Proteins cannot be made by the body if they are absent.
    c. Too much energy will be used up to make them.
    d. The body will have to start breaking down fat to make them.

    I’m seeing alot of them that look almost like a complete amino acid supplement but they contain alot of the non essentials also :)

    I am aware that non-essential amino acids do not need to be obtained by your diet because we are able to produce them with our own bodies, but can they be made from other substances?

    I heard someone say this. He said even if vegetarians stricltly plan out their diets, they will still miss amino acids that are found in abundance in meats

    If that is true, what if a vegetarian becomes a pescetarian (eating seafood)? Will the person still get the essential amino acids?
