    I am 5″1 and small boned and 15 and 93lbs. I workout alot and tht doesn’t get rid of my body fat so should I restrict food intake until I get to a certain weight and then continue eating normal to maintain? I want to get faster at running for track but everyone else is super thin and muscular

    So one of my close friends is pretty skinny and I was just wondering if ectomorph body types have smaller bones cause her wrist look smaller (and I have like no skin on my wrists) and I her rip cage is narrower P.S. Is there a way for me to make my rip cage narrower cause it’s looks SOOOO wide!!!!
