I am only 19 years old and I have the exact same issue as you! I have had reccurent bladder infections for the last few years, and just recently, I was found to have kidney stones! Once my first batch of stones passed, I went in for a follow up urine exam and they also found blood but no bacteria in my urine sample! They sent it in for a culture, but nothing grew! They couldnt give me any explanations, they didnt even try to find a small cure! I was sent home, no treatment, and 4 months later Im still okay! Im not sure why it happens, but if youre one of the lucky ones prone to bladder infections, then I think it just comes with the package! Your best bet would be to talk to a Urologist about it! Best wishes and good luck!
