How can I bulk up fast?

It takes a combination of commitment, exercise and a healthy diet! Make sure that you life weights 3-4 times a week and after your workout let the muscles heal with protein shakes and rest! Eat well and eat often and use the right supplements! Any Suggestions here?

    Theres really no way of doing it fast but the best routine is constant non changing!-Upper body-Day 1! A light bench press 2 – 3 sets of ten (do only what your capable of) Seated curls are the best for getting your biceps up do 2-3 sets then go a bit lighter and do as many as you can this is called toning!These 2 workouts basically cover your arms and chest then theres abs nothing beats abs better then curls or slanted curls especially with a medicine ball do 10 one day 20 the next then 40, 80 so on!Day 2! Seated rows and seated pull backs will cover your upper back evening out your chest muscles and then do legs or do day one exerciser again if your think your capable Repeat this 5-6 times a week and remember to always have a day or 2 off other wise your muscles cant rest or grow!
