How can i lose 3lbs a week?

You can lose 3 pounds per week by limiting sweets and fatty foods in your diet! Try a moderate exercise routine! Try taking a 0!5 to 1 mile walk after dinner! If you make it a habit, it won’t seem like such a chore! Thanks for using ! Any Suggestions here?

    I have no idea what exactly you are eating at this moment, but just remember the food pyramid! Anything fatty, sugary, and salty should be avoided! You say you are exercising 3 days a week right?? but for how long?? are you sweaty after you are done exercising?? are you sore in the morning when you wake up?? To get a good exercise, you should be exercising at least 45 mins a day(that does not include breaks)!Work on cardio! Youll be sweating all that water weight out! hop on the treadmill and try to run a mile everyday!
