Is it possible to lose 20 pounds in 10 days?

It is possible to lose 20 pounds in 10 days! You’ll need an intense diet and exercise program! Losing pounds so quickly does have its hazards! You should plan on losing pounds with an eye toward keeping your health, stamina and sanity intact! Any Suggestions here?

    Not a chance! You will injure something within a day or two, and be worse off than before!If you want to be in better shape, start by adjusting the food you eat, substituting better stuff for the junk, and tossing in some fruit! And start in on the exercising *slowly*,so you dont tear something right off the bat! The important thing is keeping these habits going, so your body gets used to them! When that happens, you are on your way to better shape!
