What is that best way to lose back fat?

While you can’t really spot reduce, eating a low calorie, low carb diet and exercising 60 minutes most days will help lose fat! Any Suggestions here?

    There is no such thing as spot reduction! Just keep losing weight in general, and you will eventually have a figure you can be proud of! 30 minutes of sweaty excercise a day is what it takes – doesnt matter what kind!Limit your carbs to 50g a day! Drink 5 liters of water every day! Eat all of the lean meat you can get your hands on !
