The Caveman Diet, aka the Paleolithic Diet or just Paleo Diet, is a diet consisting of things that the Hunter / Gatherers ate! Just raw fruits and veggies, and only a few meat products! Nothing processed or overcooked! They rarely cooked and didn’t eat much meat because hunting was/is difficult! Any Suggestions here?
