Why do you have to exercise?

Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind! It keeps you toned and your body looking healthy! It elps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases! It can also help a person age well! Thanks for asking ! Any Suggestions here?

    If its only a flight or two its a bit strange indeed, but for some people who have knee problems they find that stairs are far more stressful on their joints than walking on flat surfaces or other exercises! I personally have a bad hip which make raising my knees painful at times – so things like marching with my knees up high or stairs are particularly aggravating to my hip where as other forms of exercise are not! Ill walk up 2 flights or down a few more most of the time, but there comes a time when I know its best to just avoid the aggravation! I suspect a good number of people dont really think about it though! Theyve gotten into the habit of taking the elevator and dont see what theyre doing!
