What is a binge eating disorder?

People with binge eating disorder often eat an unusually large amount of food and feel out of control during the binges! Binge eaters do not throw up their food or exercise a lot! Binge eaters are often overweight or obese Any Suggestions here?

    Get some information on Binge eating disorders, then approach your mom, with some facts to back up what you ae about to tell her! That way she will be able to see that you have those symptoms, and that you are not over reacting and that it is serious! Also find out about some treatments for it (therapy, confidence classes etc), and discuss them with your mom, and go from there!
