Does Zumba Dance fitness actually work?

Zumba provides a low-impact cardiovascular workout! It can burn calories and build strength, but must be combined with a diet for weight loss! Any Suggestions here?

    Detailed Zumba Fitness Dance Video and Class reviews plus other diet reviews. All those diets that promise you will lose a lot of weight, really fast either don’t work, or don’t last. Does Zumba start out slow enough to possibly work for me?

    Are Zumba dance/fitness classes fun?????????? I know “Zumba” is a great work out. But I want to know; I’ve seen DVDs and YouTube videos; is it actually fun for teens? I am 13

    Yes!!!it WORKS!! It does amazing thins for your waist! I have a fantastic teacjer at my club! She mixes 70% Zumba and 30% hip hop! It is very very aerobic/cardi and a great deal of fun! Your waist heart will benefit the most!
