How is muscular strength measured?

But if you specifically wanted to know the benefit of cardiovascular ENDURANCE!! you can do physical activity longer and more comfortably! You can measure your endurance by seeing how fast you can run a mile, or by seeing how many miles you can run! Benefits of muscular strength!!! well you can lift heavier objects! Realistically, there isnt much of a need for having big muscles in terms of function in todays society! It really dosent matter if I can bench press 300 lbs, does it?? I dont remember the last time I really had to push a giant rock off my chest!
