What is an at home exercise I can do that will burn 500 calories a day?

If you have a Wii Fit, you could do 30 minutes of exercise on it daily !Kickboxing participants can expect to burn an average of 350 to 450 calories per hour !A treadmill and change up the inclince and speed, Good luck! Any Suggestions here?
