What is the best exercising way to get in shape?

Some good exercises to get in shape are: squats, which quickly target all the major lower-body muscles and build balance and strength at the same time, and running, which requires little gear and boosts cardio fitness and leg strength! ! Any Suggestions here?

    i would say dont waste your money on any of that stuff! alllllllllllllllllllllll you need to do, the secret to losing a whole bunch of weight ast fast as possible, tone up your muscles to look tight and sexy is to just runnnnnn! its hard i know, but the harder ir is the better its working! thats all you need! RUNNN! 2 miles a day 5 days a week, at whatever pace is comfertable, just jog, but do it with your friends! when your done running youll be hungry, you can eat a fair amount as long as your eatign high protein and medium carb foods! stay away from high fat and sugar! stick to this plan and you will see improvements guranteed! take a multi vitamin every day!
