What vitamins can boost testosterone?

Learn to eat 6 meals a day instead of three! Yeah, everyone who is working out or has a fitness routine has heard this, but how many people actually stick to it! It is very hard to do, and you have to train yourself to eat 6 meals every 2-3 hour!!! Any Suggestions here?
