Can you feel like you have the flu during your period?

Many menstrual symptoms could be associated with a flu also such as dizziness, weakness, fatigue, and lower abdominal cramps, but during a period you would not have a fever! ! Any Suggestions here?

    i would wait and see becuase little things like being stressed out can cause your period to be late! and cramps are normal even if you never got them before they can hit you like a ton of bricks all of a sudden!
