Can you get sick from lack of sleep?

Sleep is essential for a person’s health and wellbeing, according to the National Sleep Foundation! So yes you can! Any Suggestions here?

    Yes, that has happened to me before, like you said, around finals and stuff! Yes, I did get very nauseated from lack of sleep–but it was worth it in the end :)
