Do you have a fever with pneumonia?

Viral pneumonia starts out feeling like flu! The symptoms are: a mild fever, headache, and dry cough, muscles aches, and weakness!Bacterial pneumonia can develop slowly, or it can hit you very quickly! Your fever may get as high as 105 degrees! Any Suggestions here?

    No there is not usually fever with pneumonia, but you could have bronchitis?? The only sure way to diagnosis your current problem would be a chest x-ray,and having a medical Dr! listen to your lungs!
