How long will I be sick if I have a slight flu?

The flu can last from around 4 days to 10 days in total depending on how you rest and recover! If you still are active and/ or continue to work it will continue for longer although it’s unlikely you’ll be able to do much at all in the first few days! Rest until you have fully recovered! ! Any Suggestions here?

My son went through and still goes through (at 14 months) times when he refuses certain things! That has ranged from the bottle to solid foods! You are doing nothing wrong! First, check his diapers! Is he having lots of diapers that are wet?? Is the fluid dark or do the diapers look the way they did prior to him refusing as much of the bottle?? This is an excellent indicator of hydration! Also, you know that little soft spot at the top of his head?? Is that sunken in?? If it is not sunken and he has plenty of pee-pee diapers then hes doing well hydration-wise! He might be feeling hungrier! One thing my son responded well to after refusing the bottle was being cuddled and fed! I would hold him very close to my breast and I would kind of hold his hands until I could get some milk in his mouth! It almost seemed like he would kind of freak until he tasted what was in the bottle and then he would relax! It also helped to give him something to hold in his hands! When his hands are kept busy he will eat almost anything! If you feel the hydration is not what it should be definitely check with your pediatrician! Have you tried helping him drink from a cup?? He might like that! It takes them a while to drink much with help from you, but my son responded well to that sometimes! Even at a young age! Sometimes not though so dont be frustrated if it doesnt work!He definitely needs to drink so keep offering the bottle! Oh and another thing!!!offer the bottle BEFORE you offer food! Hell be hungry and more inclined to drink some of the bottle! I dont know what pablum is so I cant comment on that! But definitely offer liquids first as he does need them! If you really cant get any liquids into him then you will need to call the pediatrician!Good luck! I really hope something works for your quickly! I know it is stressful!
