What are some reasons for stomach cramps, fatigue, and diarrhea?

Stomach cramps, fatigue and diarrhea can be the sign of the flu, food poisoning, or a more serious condition like appendicitis! If the condition persists, see a doctor! Keep using ! Any Suggestions here?

    Stagnant water can have all sorts of bacteria in it, ever notice even an animal wont drink it?? I dont know if it would be e!coli specifically but you could have gotten something from that water!!! or it could be just a bug! I would see a doctor if I was that worried about it!
