the two links support my conclusion! Most a/c reduce the amount of humidity in the air (the less water in the air, the less heat it can contain)! those two research studies basically said that as long as body temp didnt change there was no adverse impact! Now im assuming since its cooler, it might be too cold for your newborn (they have difficulties with controlling their internal body temps), and causing a problem due to the lack of humidity! This what i would do, if your child is hoarse, and gets worse! then go see a doctor! Dicusss with him about your feelings on a/c! He might have some insight that a google search cant do!I am NOT a doctor, so this is just my conclusion, and might be completely off!
