What does it mean if your throat hurts under your chin on the inside?

This is a sore throat! A sore throat (also known as pharyngitis or tonsillitis) is a symptom of a disease affecting the pharynx or the area around the tonsils! It can be the result of an infection by a virus or bacteria! A sore throat may be symptomatic of the condition itself or one of a number of symptoms realting to a wider illness such as flu and glandular fever Any Suggestions here?

Whats this?? An invitation???? LETS DO THIS!His heart skidded against his chest, hammering against his ribs! This sentence is unnecessary; you already told us he jumped, so we know Chris was startled! No need for such detail! There was a silence, then; Should have a colon, not a semicolon! Actually, the comma should be a semicolon, and then you should mention whos speaking after delivering the dialogue! There was a silence; then: DIALOGUE, said Lorna!Jason laughed! ‘Lorna, I’m half-naked!’Putting Jasons action right before the dialogue, without adding a dialogue tag, leaves readers with the impression that Jason is the one speaking when actually its Chris!!!!and seemed to absorb his unkempt appearance; the!!! Absorb is a strange word choice to describe someone looking at someone else! The semicolon should be a dash!!!!locking eyes with him, ‘You are okay!!! Since you are okay is a separate sentence from to see if youre okay, there should be a period after him! You only use a comma if the dialogue tag is interrupting the sentence!!!!to get away from those eyes and the pain eating away at him inside! This is telling, not showing! He barely noticed it sear his throat; he just knew that someone far away was telling him that it was revolting! The first part of this sentence is worded awkwardly, and the second part is confusing! Who is this someone far away?? Is that metaphorical??
