Viruses have to take their course as horrible as they are! Norwalk is the most virulent virus and easily passed on, if someone touches something who hasnt washed their hands after being sick or using the loo then you touch it and then eat or bite your nails you can get it, also coughing sneezing into the hand and just wipping it down themselves than shake your hand is a way of getting it and other viruses!
