    -Drink lots and lots and lots of hot Tea, because besides being an anti-oxidant, it gets rid of all the impurities that are making you sick!-Do your best to drink tea Without any sugar or sweetener! Sweets multiply the impurities making you sick!-Gargle with: Warm water -and- Baking Soda! Avoid speaking for about 15 minutes afterward! Do that at least Three Times per day: Morning, Afternoon, and Before Going to Bed!-Rest, and All You Can! When active you force your body, and so getting sicker!-Dont use too much clothing or covering yourself too much when being inside doors! Warmth Multiplies the little bugs making you sick, and big time because thats how they grow and spread, with warmth!-Eat Light!
