If your baby is bottle-fed, make certain that the bottle’s nipple is the right size. In excess, foremilk can make baby’s stomach cramp, creating more fussiness. Now, he’s 8 months but we still use it anytime we notice his tummy is a little gassy . My baby daughter did not have full colic, just very bad gas that would cause her

One way is to slowly pull the foot away from the cramping position and hold it there until the foot cramp disappears. More:http://www.chacha.com/question/what-can-i-use-right-now-for-a-bad-foot-cramp

It is a fact that a very small percentage of people have too much stomach acid! Most of us dont have enough and that is why we have digestion issues! A simple preliminary test is to drink a small amount of baking soda in water first thing in the morning! If you have not belched within a few minutes, you may not be producing enough stomach acid, since hydrochloric acid reacts with baking soda to produce carbon dioxide gas! Trust me, you probably dont have enough – its very common! Buy a good digestive enzyme such as Biogest by Thorne Research (about $35 for 180) or Tymezyme by Prozyme Ltd! (a powder that you mix with a little water – probably better for someone with a lot of stomach problems because it goes to work right away)! If that doesnt work and youre really serious about getting better – go to this naturopaths website http://www!naturopath4you!com/21DayDiet!htm and try his 21 day health diet! This will eliminate all food caused allergies and problems and then you can slowly add things back in to see what foods cause you problems! You may have many food allergies that youre not aware of!!! That is my problem! I found out that I was allergic to dairy and reactive to gluten and some vegetables! Not fun but at least I know!!! Good luck!
