Does menopause cause insomnia?

Yes, menopause can cause insomnia! Other symptoms of menopause are night sweats, headaches, fatigue and memory problems! Any Suggestions here?

    Oh yes, if I could just get a full eight hours of sleep I wouldnt be so irritable! I wake up sometimes 2hrs after i finally fall asleep! And if Im lucky ,I might sleep for 4hrs! I get hotter if Im really active! I carry a fan in my purse and I have one for the bedroom and living room! I dont take anything for it I just let it take its course! But there is some OTC stuff you might want to try because every woman is different but yet the same! Its all the mens fault! Menstruation, MENopause, MENtal Illness {just kidding} or am I??

    Does menopause cause fatigue? Answer It! Stress can definitely cause fatigue. And, if you're suffering from insomnia, that in itself would cause fatigue.
