How long does it take to fall asleep?

People without sleep problems usually take an average of 10 to 20 minutes to fall asleep! Individuals who fall asleep in less than 5 minutes are likely to require some treatment for sleep disorders! Any Suggestions here?

    Most people can fall asleep in 15 to 30 minutes. There are always those annoying people that seem to fall asleep when their head hits the pillow! Hate them! Be sure to only use your bed for sleeping. Keep your computer and TV away from you

    If you are tired enough, falling asleep should not be a problem. However, try relaxing and taking some deep breaths.     why can’t i stay asleep…i fall asleep but not long enough..i wake up every 4 hours? Why can’t I stay asleep..i don’t really drink coffee or anything after noon Okay…i’m 1

    Well, no drugs at all to help for sleep, I can stay awake for 4 days in a row! =( If I have Ambien I can lie down and be asleep in about 45 minutes!If I have Serequel I can lie down and fall asleep in about 1-2 hrs!If I have some type of opiate (lets say a Percocet) I can get very tired and nod within an hr of ingesting one! Lie down, and be asleep in 2 minutes!

    How long does it take to fall asleep? It depends on the person since everyone is different. Some people can fall asleep within a couple of minutes of going to bed
