How much sleep should the average teenager get?

Teenagers should get nine or 10 hours of sleep each night, but this doesn’t happen too often! Cha cha for now! Any Suggestions here?

    The average teenager should be getting 8 hours of sleep according to my teacher. And adults can live off of 6 hours but more is good. I usually try to sleep 9 hours because I’m tired in the morning too but a lot of the time I only get 8 or

    The average teenager should be getting 8 hours of sleep according to my teacher! And adults can live off of 6 hours but more is good! I usually try to sleep 9 hours because Im tired in the morning too but a lot of the time I only get 8 or 8 and a half! Im just not a morning person I guess! My mom has some blood cell disorder and it makes her really tired and she needs 9 hours of sleep at night and then she usually takes a nap of like an hour! Its not really healthy to be getting only 2 or 3 hours of sleep and the people that do probably need like 5-10 energy drinks, coffee, or soda to stay awake that long!
