How to wake up not tired when going to sleep?

Limit your daily sugar intake as it is responsible for crashing and not allowing the body to truly rest as it burns off sugar! Any Suggestions here?

    The best thing you can do is get as much sleep as you possibly can! Theres not really any substitute for it – otherwise no one would bother sleeping! All you can do is take no-doze to try and stay alert, but you need your sleep!

    How do you go to sleep when your not tired? If you wake up late or feel tired when waking up early like at seven a.m. , then, you shouldn't sleep until nighttime .
