Is it safe to take Tylenol pm to help you sleep?

Pills like Tylenol PM are generally safe, but please read the information on the bottle or check with your doctor before taking anything new! Any Suggestions here?

    I took Tylenol PM when I was pregnant with my last baby with no ill effects. You might want to ask your Doctor, though! NO you are not able to take it while pregnant regular Tylenol is fine but that is pretty much it u cant even take alot m

    Is Tylenol PM safe for occasional use as a sleep-aid ? Are there any safe,non-addictive sleep aids ? I am trying to adjust to a tird- shift schedule. The television commercial

    I went through the same thing last year! I was so wound up in my thoughts, i couldnt sleep! Tylonol PM will definitely help u sleep! Actually Nyquil is better!
