What are the bad effects of not sleeping for two days?

Those who do not get enough sleep are more prone to illness and infection! You will also be more likely to be irritable! ! Any Suggestions here?

    At 14, if your parents think that you are responsible and level-headed enough to not abuse them, your parents will give them to you!You could try meditation??I heard once that there are a couple ways to fall asleep faster!1! Do not do anything in or on your bed except sleep! Do not read, do homework, eat, watch TV, etc! This way when you get into bed, your brain registers that it is time to sleep!2! Do not go on the computer or watch TV within a half hour of when you are going to go to sleep! You brain needs to calm down!3! If you cant sleep after 15 minutes, get up, do something calming that you enjoy, and then try again in another 10-15 minutes!Good luck!
