What can cause the back of your neck to hurt?

It could be a number of things:You may be sleeping on the wrong type of pillow! You may have a lot of stress going on in your life right now! You could have rhumitoid arthritis that you may want to go to a pain specialist and have!!more?? ! Any Suggestions here?
