What is a natural way to get to sleep?

Avoid before-bed snacks, particularly grains and sugars! This will raise blood sugar and inhibit sleep! Later, when blood sugar drops too low (hypoglycemia), you might wake up and not be able to fall back asleep! Any Suggestions here?

    Nikki, Warm milk is the trick! If you add honey you wont believe how good it is! Milk has a natural chemical Trytophan, which helps millions of people fall right asleep! (Including me!) You can have a couple non-chocolate (caffeine) cookies with the milk! The carbohydrates also make you sleepy! Thats the best part of my day!
