    Personally, I think it is risky! I dont think it has been investigated long enough to know what the long term effects are on your body and health!New hair-brained ideas come up every day by people who want to become famous or make oodles of money! It does not mean these ideas are safe or healthy!It is a well-documented fact that our bodies are refreshed and healing, growth and many normal functions are accomplished when we sleep! It makes me wonder how much of the normal healthy routines of our bodies would continue with such limited sleep!
