What is usually wakes people up out of sleep?

Most people wake up to a cue like an alarm or music! Others who wake up naturally have established a sleep pattern by going to bed at the same time every night! The body has a sense of time that will wake them after the sleep cycle has finished! Any Suggestions here?

    This is a complicated question with no right answer! The majority of the US gets up earlier than 9:00 because they have to go to work or school — and most jobs (or classes) start between 8:00AM and 9:00AM! Many start even earlier!From a personal perspective, every single person has a different internal clock that decides when its time for you to be awake and when its time for you to be asleep! Your grandmothers internal clock may be set to make here awake and active at 6:00AM! Yours is probably set later! Conversely, Ill bet she gets sleepy and goes to bed earlier than you do!You pretty much cannot permanently reset your internal clock by very much! It doesnt mean you cant make yourself get up earlier — youre just not going to be very alert until your natural wake-up time!Insisting that somebody try to change their natural sleep rhythm because of some philosophical belief that youre being lazy if you sleep later is just as silly you telling her she goes to bed too early!
