    Considering you probably blew your nose into a nosebleed, you probably are bringing up blood that dripped back into your nasopharynx! I wouldnt be worried about it! Blow your nose more gently, maybe use some saline nasal spray (available over the counter) in your nose to keep things moist to avoid cracking the scabs that formed, and ride it out!Now, if you had a nosebleed you couldnt stop, thats something you might want to go to the doctor for!
