How do you treat sun stroke?

To treat sunstroke, immediately call 911, place the victim in a tub of cool water and sponge the water over them! Wrap the victim in cool, wet sheets and place them in a well ventilated room! Do not give them caffeinated beverages! Any Suggestions here?
